On Monday, Professional French singer Caroline Moreau & professional musician Alain spent the afternoon with our 1st year French students, as they took part in a French singing workshop. This is a new & fun way to give students a taste of French language and culture while improving their vocabulary and confidence in French.
The workshop consisted of pronunciation & dictation exercises, singing practice of French words & difficult sounds and rhythmic games.
The students sang a number of well known French songs, like “Sympathique” by Pink Martini & they thoroughly enjoyed their interactive singing lesson – en français biensûr!
