Some of our TY students are participating in the Formula One Technology Challenge in which they design and create a model Formula 1 car. Much of the design will be done on computer with special design packages, under the supervision of the Technical Graphics teachers, Mr  Kilgannon and Mr Crehan.   The student  manager of the team, Patrick Dempsey is already a National Champion in car racing, ( the real thing !) which will hopefully give the  team a good head start!
