Students plant an oak tree to mark their first year in Holy Rosary College, pictured with Mrs Carolan (Year head), Sr Assumpta, Mr Tierney and Mrs Walsh. The tree was sponsored by Padraig Naughton, Doonwood Nurseries and by Eddie Noone, Connacht Tree Care. Each student receives an oak sapling to be planted at home to commemorate the beginning of their second level education in HRC.
